Diploma in Panchakarma (part time) (Accredited by HEC)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for enrolment on the Diploma in Panchakarma (Part Time) on offer at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute as from the academic year 2025/2026. The Diploma in Panchakarma programme of study has been designed with a view to building capacity in the field of Ayurveda. The programme is a comprehensive programme, which offers an indepth understanding of Ayurveda, Panchakarma and treatment methods. The programme includes practical sessions and theory of fundamental concepts of Ayurveda. Thus, the programme caters for the aspiring needs of Mauritian students to better understand Panchakarma as a new discipline by providing hands-on training in Panchakarma, and its other related aspects. Various components like Sanskrit, Philosophy and Yoga have also been included in the programme to help learners acquire other allied skills related to Panchakarma.
